We caught up with Rumer Willis in Santa Monica on Wednesday, where the actress stopped at Fred Segal with a pal.
Rumer wore blocked colors -- blue, grey, white and green -- and rocked a hoodie and a peasant skirt.
Maybe she's inspired by the Olsen twins?
