Even Rumer's Mom Wouldn't Wear These Mom Jeans!

Rumer may be set to join the kids at West Beverly as a fellow student, but she looks more like a PTA prez in those ill-advised, high-waisted mom jeans!
Ru got her hair did at the Ken Paves salon (yes, she apparently pays someone to make it look like that) before heading over to pick up Coffee Bean for all her children friends.
Let's hope they don't allow her to dress herself on the show!
Because that would be, um, a disaster!
