Russell Brand stopped by Dominick's restaurant in West Hollywood on Tuesday to grab dinner with pals, and the comedian was sporting quite the interesting outfit in a woven belt, skinny jeans, a fedora and a tweed blazer. They say fashion is an expression of self, but we have no idea what kind of message the funny man is trying to send with this ensemble!
