Russell Brand To Host The VMAs Again This Year

MTV is bringing the 2009 Video Music Awards back to NYC, and they've announced that Brit comedian Russell Brand will come back to host the awards show for the second year in a row.
"We are thrilled that despite numerous death threats from Jonas Brothers fans, Russell Brand has accepted our offer to put his life on the line and host the VMAs again this year," said Stephen Friedman, GM of MTV. "We're also excited to be coming home to bring the most rambunctious night in music back to New York City."
“This year will be a controversy free festival of love and discrete orgasms,” said Brand in a statement. Indeed.
MTV's 26th annual Video Music Awards will air live from New York City, for the 14th time in its history, on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 9PM. We'll be watching!

This is horrible. He got bad reviews last year. He wasn't funny at all and ended up offended more people than making jokes. I will not be watching this and hope that others will not as well. This will show MTV having Brand host again is a mistake. Maybe the day he realizes what a comb is I will watch the show.
