Russell Crowe may look like a scary club bouncer, but the Oscar-winning actor definitely has a sweet side, and he isn't afraid to show it when he's playing with his boys! Russell and his nanny took sons Charlie and Tennyson to Coldwater Park yesterday afternoon, and it looks like everyone had a wonderful time.

He started with taking walks, and now he's taking bike rides!

The Gladiator star has been looking rounder than usual as of late, but it's good to see he's losing weight the healthy way! Check out Crowe turning a sharp corner in Beverly Hills in the pix above...

Russell Crowe and his family may not have wanted an audience when they stepped out for a walk yesterday afternoon - but they sure ended up with one!

We spotted the Crowes just strollin' along, not doing much of anything in particular. Eventually, though, even they got bored - and decided to go shopping!

Eventually, Russell and the fam ended up at Bonpoint, where they indulged in a few gifts for Charlie and Tennyson. By the time they'd picked some stuff out, however, word had gotten out about the Crowes showing up at the store - and they left to find themselves face-to-face with a crowd of paps and fans!

Thankfully, Russell was nothing but genial as he packed up his family and headed home. The perfect end to a perfect family outing!

Not everyone was in Grammy glamour mode this weekend - some folks chose to spend a quiet weekend with their families!

We caught Russell Crowe and his wife Danielle Spencer taking their kids to the park after lunch on Sunday afternoon.

Unfortunately, Russell was his typically gruff self to our photogs - but his kids proved a little more camera-friendly!
