The Cruel Intentions star spent the day with daughter Ava and son Deacon on Friday afternoon, and he even treated the stunning 12-year-old to a trip to the nail salon in Hollywood.

While ex-wife Reese Witherspoon prepares to welcome baby No. 3, Philippe has been spending even more bonding time with his darling kids -- they're growing up so fast!

The Oscar winner recently told Britain’s TV show Daybreak about her daughter's upcoming 13th birthday, in September: "I don’t know anything about teenagers, so I’m on a big learning curve here. This is the time where I start asking all my friends who have kids who are older, ‘What do you do about a cell phone? What are your rules about the computer? Is she allowed to go out with friends or is she not?’ So I learn a lot from other mothers.”
