Ryan Phillippe Puts $7.45 Million Hollywood Hills Mansion On The Market

Ryan Phillippe is ready to ditch his lavish, Hollywood Hills mansion for $7.45 million. The Lincoln Lawyer bought the luxurious spread back in 2008.
The 7,500 square-foot home boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms including a master suite with two baths and a gym.
Also featured in the house ... a guest quarters, movie theater, a sauna, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, gorgeous pool and stunning gardens.
Just last year, Reese Witherspoon's ex tried selling the property, but had no takers. Better luck this time, Ryan!
