Ryan Phillippe probably won't be going over to his ex-wife Reese's anytime soon - but that'll give him all the more time to get acquainted to his new pad!
Check out these pix of Ryan's new mansion up in the Hollywood Hills. The LA Times recently revealed that it's got plenty of room, too: five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a media room with fourteen-story ceilings - heck, it even comes with a two-story gym!
Plus the grounds are pretty sweet, too - Ryan's new place comes with a spa, a patio complete with fire pit and barbecue grill, and an Asian gazebo overlooking the pool. Sounds like Ryan's gonna have plenty of space to play with Ava and Deacon - not to mention Abbie!

Go check out his casa! If in LA drive up Sunset Plaza Drive... bear left on Rising Glen. He is almost to the top on the left. Look for the construction site next door. Enjoy Rising Glen and Ryan's Bum.
All you can see from the road on RG are walls. Just like in Malibu except there you can get onto the beach and walk behind the stars houses.

I am wondering how he can afford such a huge place??? He isn't broke by any stretch of the imagination but he also isn't in high demand as an actor. Purchasing a house that size in L.A. says that he assumes he will get a LOT of work for a very long time. I hope that's true for him. I mean no unkindness toward him whatsoever but I just think that's a lot of house for a single dad who is not a major movie or television star. He's still building his career. He's going to drop every penny he makes into that house unless his income increases substantially.

Reese must have paid this douche a lot of money during the divorce settlement to go away. No way he could afford a pad like this on his own. He barely pockets 1 to 2 million for each film he does. At one film ever year there is no way he could swing this on his own. He is still a kept man, and now he is shacked up with his homewrecking girlfriend Abbey Cornish who is also livng off of Reese's money. Pretty sad.
Who NEEDS that kind of space? Conspicuous consumption. And we wonder why this planet is running out of resources.
