The raunchy R-rated comedy starring Sacha Baron Cohen as a gay fashionista took in $14.2 million this Friday, reports Variety...

With Transformers 2 and The Hangover still in theaters, we wonder how many people dare to see Bruno. Word on the street is that it's hilarious, duh, but not as good as Borat. Plus, it feels even more staged. But does anyone care? Sacha is a comic genius and he pulled out all the stops for this one!

The better question is who, if anyone, went to see Hayden Panettiere in I Love You, Beth Cooper - it got horrible reviews!

Let him be, he doesn't get it. The more we see him, the more we can't stand him. That's why the movie started off well on Friday and dropped so fast on Saturday. He will soon find out that people are really not into it and he will stop his Bruno parade everywhere.

The beth cooper movie is like all the stupid teenage summer comedy movies boring as hell. It doesn't interest me at all. And Bruno is no better either! Same for the Transformers. All three movies are just stupid.
