Salma snuck in a smoke after shopping while strolling outside of Neiman's yesterday.
Now that she's no longer with the head of the biggest luxury brands on the planet, does she need to hit the sales racks?
Something tells me Valentina isn't going without the latest luxuries!

I really dont think thats a cigarette. I dont know what it is but the way she is holding it is all wrong for a smoke. She has something in her palm and the thing that looks like a cigarette is coming off it.
Yes, that is a cigarette she's holding. There are pictures of her on another site of her actually smoking the cigarette. This is scandalous. How dare Salma make such a public issue of her breastfeeding (she recently said that she is addicted to it) and then feed her child nicotine while doing it?
At least she's not smoking crack
