Report of LAPD Investigation Into Sam Drugging Britney Is Bogus, Says LAPD!

Is Sam Lutfi being investigated by the LAPD Major Crimes Division, Robbery Homicide Division, or any other division of the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears? NO!
TMZ's report today and their Feb 15th report in which they cite "law enforcement sources," are not true, according the the LAPD.
Tyler Gray at Radaronline, picked up the phone and called the LAPD to clarify TMZ's initial report only to find out the whole thing was wrong!
And now we just picked up the phone to do the same and guess what -- LAPD spokesperson Richard French told us the same thing -- Sam Lutfi is NOT being investigated by any division of the the LAPD for anything.
French added that any LAPD employee giving information to the media that could compromise an investigation would certainly be at risk of losing his/her job. That said, it sounds like TMZ sources didn't break any rules -- unless punking a website is a crime!
Meanwhile, Sam's spokesperson Michael Sands wants to media to stop punking his client and focus on Britney's father Jamie. He posed this challenge to Mr. Spears in a phone conversation with us today ...

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD investigation into Sam Lutfi allegedly drugging Britney Spears is well underway.
We're told the case has now been assigned to Robbery Homicide, primarily because of the sensitive nature of the allegations and the intense media interest in Britney Spears. Sources say investigators have interviewed several witnesses regarding the drugs in Brit's system at the time she was most recently committed.
We're told the investigation had been temporarily derailed because of the death of an LAPD SWAT officer but it's now back on track.
One source says the investigation will probably be concluded in late March.

We're told the case has now been assigned to Robbery Homicide, primarily because of the sensitive nature of the allegations and the intense media interest in Britney Spears. Sources say investigators have interviewed several witnesses regarding the drugs in Brit's system at the time she was most recently committed.
We're told the investigation had been temporarily derailed because of the death of an LAPD SWAT officer, but it's now back on track.
One source says the investigation will probably be concluded in late March.

Second, if Sam is so innocent, why doesn't he accept service of the temporary restraining order? I would think he'd want to defend himself in court if Lynn Spears' allegations are all a bunch of lies. Kira wants Lynne Spears on the stand? The way to accomplish that is for Sam to accept service of TRO. There will be a hearing at which Lynne would be cross-examined about her accusations in detail.
Sam isn't doing that though. Instead he is hiding, dodging service and making wild accusations against the Spears family through third parties. I don't see how anyone could be inclined to trust him under those circumstances.

noone really knows if an "accident" could happen w/kids in Britney's care she has had serious emotional problems for at least 2 years I dont think she would intentionally hurt them but right now she is not well and should only have supervised visits w/ kids. I have a seriously mentally ill brother for 25 years & believe she's had a breakdown, the only sane response to the insanity that's her life just because you have a mentally ill brother doesn't make you QUALIFIED to DIAGNOSE UNFITNEY's mental state. She should'nt be denied supervised visits w/her children; they have rights to see their mother no matter what her condition. Just because a woman open her legs, has sex & pops out a kid 9 months later – that DOES NOT automatically make her a qualified ‘MOTHER’. She is a DANGER to her children & that’s why she’s been DENIED VISITATION. The situation w/her kids is HER OWN DAMNED FAULT like most everything that’s transpired in her life.
How was Britney able to produce her latest CD & music videos which are brilliant? If she were truly incapacitated that wouldn't have happened. my gawwwwwd! There is NO END to your STUPIDITY is there? Her last SHITTY CRAPOUT album took muuuuuuch longer than it was supposed to because SHE WAS AN UNRELIABLE MESS!! The 1st ‘GIMME MORE’ video was HORRIBLE & the follow up ones were BARELY MADE w/her participation & completed in LARGE PART due to BODY DOUBLES & DIGITAL SPECIAL EFFECTS. All of the ‘WORKS’ that SHITNEY has been involved in happened in SPITE of her, not ‘BECAUSE’ of her.
She fired everyone but Sam, he must be credited w/keeping her together & producing her videos… Performing’s all she knows & those successes have been the only positive in her life for a long time. Sam has tried to be a real friend/great manager & sooner or later the real story will come out. Despite Brit's parents failures, oh my gosh, thank God all of us are so perfect, (yea right) and despite Britney's mistakes and bad choices, they are good people.

He doesn't have to be convicted in a court of law for people ,with any ability to reason, to see that he is bad news. It's not about the claims that he drugged her, or innocent until proven guilty.
