Is Samantha Running Away From Lindsay And Moving To NYC?

Well, that would definitely explain the fight they had last night!
Today we snapped shots of Samantha Ronson's Hollywood Hills home, and we noticed that the house had a rental sign on it! We know Sam's been thinking about moving to NYC, but it looks like she's taking things a bit more seriously now! Either that, or she's planning on moving in with Lindsay!
What do YOU think is going on?
a) Sam's had enough of LA and Lindsay...she's moving to New York!
b) Sam is looking for another pad in Hollywood, perhaps something with a gated entry to keep photographers (and sometimes Lindsay) away!
c) Sam and Lindsay are looking for a NEW love nest
d) Sam is playing a joke on us
We vote B or C! Sam wouldn't REALLY leave Lindsay, would she? If she did, you know Lindsay would track her down!
