BREAKING NEWS - Samantha Ronson Arrested For DUI

Samantha Ronson was arrested in Baker, Calif. this morning as she was on her way home from Las Vegas following a DJ gig.
Ronson, 33, was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol at 10:30am for speeding in her black Porsche and failed a sobriety test. She refused to take a breathalyzer and was transferred to the Baker station where she blew over the legal limit and was charged with DUI. She was sent to the Barstow jail, booked at 2pm and released without bail at 5:30pm, according to the public information officer at the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
Ronson's release -- called a "cite and release" -- is contingent her promise to appear in the Barstow court at a future date.
