Samantha Ronson Faces Media Frenzy After Lindsay's Day In Court

It's times like these when Samantha Ronson probably wishes her ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan did not move right next door.
The celebrity DJ and her lady friend, Erin Foster, were trying to pull Sam's brand new Porsche into the garage without hitting the swarm of photographers surrounding her Venice Beach home, on Wednesday.
Sam's troubled ex posted $100,000 bail less than an hour after being handcuffed and jailed in an LA court for falling to complete her court-ordered community service.
Lohan must now complete 120 hours of service at the county morgue, which she will begin serving today.
Lindsay is due back in court for a progress hearing on Nov. 2, but due to overcrowding of convicted felons in the jail systems, it is highly unlikely she will serve any time behind bars.

Where is the JUSTICE, folks, in a store owner who screamed theft by Lindsay Lohan of a said $2,500. necklace, when this same owner had offered this same necklace to a customer just prior to a visit by Lindsay, at a cost of just $800.?! A fact soon revealed, when this just cited customer, having heard of the charge against Lindsay, came to her defence; and, resulting, in the lessening of the severity of the original charge! However, the owner who LIED to the Courts and the Prosecution regarding the cost of the necklace, and which resulted in the Police, Prosecution and Courts expending time and cost on an original charge which could have resulted in placing a young gal behind bars for years, for an item that was eventually returned within hours of its said theft (i.e., HE did INTERFER IN THE COURSE OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE--AND, WHICH IS AN INDICTABLE, STATE-WIDE, AND, U.S. NATIONAL CRIMINAL OFFENCE), was never charged for HIS MORE SERIOUS CRIMINAL ACT AND BEHAVIOUR , nor SUED by authorities for the time, resources and costs, HE racked up!
Lastly, the Probation Order re Lindsay seems less like an eye for an eye, in its exacting of nearly 500 hours of Community Service; and, more like an eye for an arm, an ear, two left toes, hair, three teeth and one leg!
A number of respected bodies which have "costed" various charitable work activities, would take issue with equating an $800. necklace with the number of hours being demanded in the above noted Probation Order! Just because the Community Work is not COMMERICAL, doesn't mean that such work doesn't have comparable financial value! And the question to be asked,
is: "What is the dollar value of the Community Work that Sautner is asking Lindsay to perform, and, respective of the variety of the Work?"
Furthermore, if I, as a Leader
in some Community Work setting
had heard a Stephanie Sautner
indicate in a courtroom that I, a Leader in some Community Work setting, am not allowed to submit/offer my views on how well a client is doing--yea, to have those views made a part of the court sentencing directions--then I would tell the Court/Justice System to get the hell out of my facilitity, and to stop sending ITS VICTIMS OF INJUSTICE, to me! And, sending same,in the guise of assisting society, and--possibly--the SENTENCED!
Nevertheless, Sautner, and ironically, ruled to correct
a previous injustice, re a said breach by Lindsay, in her decision to drink post February of 2011.
