Last night Samantha Ronson partied with Lilo pals Lady Victoria Hervey and Lohan fan M. Night Shyamalan (who recently said Lilo had "great energy onscreen") at Voyeur while her girlfriend stayed home!
Samantha, who flashed us the double bird yesterday, seemed to be in a similarly great mood, honking at photogs as she pulled out of the lot with a male friend.
M. Night Shyamalan seemed to be enjoying the newfound pap love, but refused to answer if his new film The Devil is about Lindsay!

The sentence was ridiculous.
It wasn't Lindsay's fault that she missed 7 classes.
The program gave her permission to miss them and the horrible Judge didn't put her order in writing.
Prior to May 20 there was 2 status hearings and the Judge said "Everything looks good" in February.
She just hated Lindsay and didn't give her a chance.
She singled Lindsay out.
She was checking TMZ and Radar and possibly LL's twitter.
The idiot even postponed her vacation for a 15 minute hearing when LL had already met bail.
It was the PROSECUTION that forced the PATHETIC individual to recuse herself.

Maybe she was even subscribing to google alerts if she was aware that information was leaking seconds later.
Yet she didn't take into consideration any of the passed drug or alcohol tests.
Or the actual report or recommendation from probation that she be continued on summary probation
All this stupid Judge had to was give her the 30 days in jail and her probation would have been finished as she met all the requirements.
The new Judge even dismissed the DWI counts because she had met all the requirements and had committed no new offences drug related or otherwise.

There were absolutely no reports she was "partying all night" in NY. She was there LAST weekend and she may or may not have stopped by a club for a couple of hours.
