EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Samantha Ronson Gets Comfort Food After Bike Accident

Still showing visible cuts on her forehead from her bike accident last week, Samantha Ronson cruised through a McDonald's drive-thru in Los Angeles today. Who can resist those fries?
Lindsay Lohan's ex, sporting pink sunglasses, was hoping to stay below the radar ... but the 33-year-old DJ had no such luck.
SamRo was being driven around in a black sedan ... leaving her black Porsche at home. Nothing like having your driver pull up to the drive thru window for an afternoon snack at Mickey D's. Loves it!
As for her bike accident, Ronson was struck by a car last week while riding home from a gig at The Brig in Venice. See her bruised and scratched face ... after the jump.
