Sandra Bullock - yes, that IS her - decided to dress all grungy while shopping in La La Land over the weekend. Short shorts, black tights, boots... not to mention a loose-fitting top that she seriously stole out of MK's closet... I mean, what's there to say?
I hope this is for a movie role!
