Sandra Bullock Lists Austin, Texas Estate For $2.5 Million

It looks like Sandra Bullock is ready to ditch the old memories associated with her cheating ex-hubby Jesse James, because she's decided to unload the Austin, Texas home she took refuge in after their split in 2010.

The Oscar winner is preparing to settle permanently in LA with her two-year-old son Louis, and she's just listed her property in The Lone Star state for $2.5million.

Bullock's Texan home sits on 5,663-square-feet and boasts three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a wine cellar, in-ground pool and hot tub, a tennis court, walk-in closets and floor to ceiling windows that feature sprawling views of Barton Creek and the city's downtown skyline.

The estate was built in 1979, and also features cathedral ceilings, an on-premises hiking trail and a fireplace in the master bathroom, according to Curbed.com.

The Speed star will still keep a residence in the city, because she owns Bess Bistro in the downtown area but she is reportedly renovating a $16 million, 8,100-squared-foot Beverly Hills mansion that she bought last year, where she's planning to settle with her son.
