Jesse James testified against his porn star ex wife Janine Lindemulder in an Orange County courthouse today, explaining that their daughter 6-year-old Sunny "would be staying with her stepmother in Texas" while he was in rehab.
And you know that was a rough time for Sandy, so props to her!
Also interesting to note, emails filed as court evidence expose Janine's fears that Sandra Bullock is becoming too important to daughter Sunny: "All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!"
The court hearing concerned Jesse James wanting to relocate his fam to Austin to be closer to Sandra Bullock and her adopted son, Louis.

At the time she was the best person to look after Sunny. I believe Janine approves of Sandra's influence as opposed to Jesse's. It was great of Sandra but Sunny's biological parents need to get their shit together.
Kudos to both Sandra and Jesse for being adult enough to put Sunny's needs above their own.
This isn't news. It was reported several months ago that Sandra helped to take care of Sunny when Jesse was in rehab.
