Omg, this is a horrible photo of her. I think toned & fit is attractive but vein popping & collar bone protruding is not an attractive in my opinion. She looks so much better all covered up. I did pretty much the same thing when I was about 40. I was tanned and basically 'ripped'....I thought I looked superb. Was working out a lot and felt very good about myself. That is until my next door neighbor reminded me that when you get past about 40 or so, if you're too thin, you just basically look old and haggered -- much better to have a bit of meat on your bones. And I can tell that her body fat must be extremely, extremely low -- never good for a woman, no matter what.

She looks awful. Unhealthy. She needs to gain a little weight to soften her features.

She has never been an attractive woman all advertising with her in it is airbrushed to the max! the hair colour ads, everything! she is one of the most airbrushed actresses there is in this industry! she has very hard features! i know this because someone i know is in the advertising industry and it has been known for long time! they have to always softened her features!

BJD is right. I was also super thin but as you get older you have to keep a healthy weight or you start to look like a haggard bag of bones. Everything starts to wrinkle and sag and it just isn't attractive at all. SJP looks awful and when she isn't airbrushed on a magazine cover she really is so unattractive I can't understand why she ever got picked to play the lead for SATC. I think she is a very vain woman and definitely anorexic. I believe she knows she isn't pretty so she starves herself thinking her tiny, rail thin body will make her attractive but at her age it isn't working. I also think that is why she hired a surrogate....she didn't want to put on the baby weight and all her excuses won't convince me otherwise. Eat Sarah, you look like hell.
