God, your comments are so stupid!! Dont you realize SJP's character carrie is such a huge, well known icon. If SJP walks the street looking like her character she will get instantly recognised. Which would be very uncomfortable and annoying to always be targeted by strangers on the street. Thus, if SJP dresses down (like the pic) in normal wear, she will blend in with the public and not be recognised. I suppose she just wants to walk the streets in peace like every other mom and in order to do that she has to dress in wear like this. you guys seriously need to relax, first of all, james is absolutely adorable, even with short pants; maybe he just likes to wear those and sarah doesn't mind; and his hair is definitely not too long for a child, I mean, give him a break! you americans can be so uptight when it comes to things like boys with long hair and supposably "bad clothes"! it's so funny! what are you afraid of?
