One X17 staffer who caught her performance with The Jesus and Mary Chain at the 2007 Coachella Music festival says "no", but that's not gonna stop Scarlett from releasing an album!
According to Page Six, her eagerly anticipated album of Tom Waits covers will hit stores May 6th.
Can you even handle it??!?!?!?

Scarlett could sing like a shrunken headed banshee and she would still sound BETTER that Courtney Love (aka poster child for poor parenting)
WHY???? Can't these people be content to flow in the gift they were given and stop coveting other people's? She is a really good actress...why ruin people's positive impression of you (in terms of artistry) by putting out a horrific (and you know it will be!) album?
... all music reports from the music festival said that she did ok but having an opinion of her singing by a crappy video its nosense.
listen to her in lost in translation, shes got a good voice.
I saw her two weeks ago in LA...you know sorry to say that but I was surprised how unattractive she is.
ACTUALLY, I have seen her several times opening in small venues around LA, and she not only CAN SING but she is VERY GOOD at singing. Very old school sound, and great at the blues. She just isn't singing POP crap music. SHE HAS TALENT. TRUST.
