Scarlett Johansson is the proud owner of new charm bracelet tattoo with the words "I Heart NY."
Come on, ScarJo ... think before you ink. Wonder if this was an impulse tat?
This isn't the first odd tattoo that the 27-year-old Avenger star has sported. You may recall, she has the initial A on the inside of her right ankle and a sunrise on her left arm.
