We spotted hottie Scott Speedman (from Felicity and Underworld) riding his bike through West Hollywood yesterday. I haven't seen him in so long (on screen or off) that I almost forgot how gorgeous he is!
I think Ben Covington, Jordan Catalano and Jake Ryan have to be the hottest on-screen objects of teenage girls' affection of all time. Is there anyone I'm leaving off this list?
