While leaving Giorgio Baldi with new girlfriend Shannon Costello, actor Sean Penn lost his temper with photographers ... spitting at the cameras!
The hot-tempered actor has had a history with paparazzi-involved scuffles. Back in 2009, Penn kicked photographer Jordan Dawes. As a result, the actor received 36 months probation and was ordered to serve 300 hours of community service.
As for this new relationship ... Penn, 51, and Costello, 26, went public as a couple last week, and over the weekend, the duo hit the streets in Malibu for a run.
By the looks on Costello's face after Penn's spitting encounter, doesn't look like she's too impressed.
Despite the temper issues, Penn is in tip top shape. Do you think he needs anger management?

First of all he's way to old for this girl. He does need anger management classes to learn how to deal with people. You don't spit on people, that's behavior that you discourage children from doing not 51 year old men.

the truth is that the paparazzi can be extremely intrusive and provocative with their cameras and flashes and inane comments to celebrities. the restaurant should provide some protection for its patrons in the parking lot - a covered and shielded pickup area for valet would work fine. AND he should learn to keep his cool. wear sunglasses like Nicholson, quickly move to his car, and get away. No comment; no response.
