Sean Stewart, the 30-year-old son of legendary rocker Rod Stewart, was pulled over yesterday by the LAPD in the San Fernando Valley on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Beverly Hills PD tells X17online that they picked Stewart up at the Topanga Station and transported him to the Beverly Hills jail. Police haven't confirmed whether or not alcohol was found at the scene.

Stewart, a former star of Celebrity Rehab 2, was booked just after 4:30pm. After posting $40,000 bail, he was released from jail just before 9pm.

Looking at this photo of Sean Stewart with his shirt hanging on for dear life and his pants slowly creeping southward, he's looking like he'd be more at home with the People of Walmart than the people of Hollywood!

Doesn't he have millions (via his dad Rod)? Couldn't he afford that extra half a shirt?

The other day Sean Stewart was spotted hitching a ride from two female pals after crashing his father's $200,000 Bentley, and while most of us would be in tears, Sean didn't seem the slightest bit concerned. Rod seems like a cool guy, but we can't believe he wouldn't have reprimanded his son for this!

Can you blame him? Rod Stewart's son is hot!

Thursday night was a busy night out in LA -- and it wasn't just the B-Listers that were caught on camera!

Adorable Christina Milian and recently Celebrity Rehabbed (?) Sean Stewart hit Foxtail along with Jermaine Dupri (sans Janet), while Seth MacFarlane joined Paris, Joel, Benji and Lauren Conrad at Bar Delux!

While a bunch of celebs were at Coco De Ville last night, some opted for house parties or other clubs, like Courtenay Semel and Kirsten Dunst. Jack Osbourne and Sean Stewart were spotted on the streets of Hollywood last night in very different costumes - Rod's son appeared to be dressed as himself (or is that a drunk texter?), while Ozzy's boy dressed as a taco, and made a run for it as soon as he spotted photogs.

But which guy is she dating?

After a long night of partying at Crown Bar, Sean Stewart made the sensible choice and caught a ride home with one of his friends. It turned out to be an even smarter move than he might have thought - Sean's buddy ended up getting pulled over by the cops!

We caught sight of a mortified-looking Sean sitting in the passenger seat while the policeman read his pal the riot act. Buck up, Sean - at least you weren't the one behind the wheel!

We spotted a visibly excited Nick distributing some cash to the less fortunate outside Mr. Chow's. Nick appeared to still be excited from the fundraiser he'd attended the night before - but not as excited as we were to see him acting so charitably!

Of course, not all the stars had the giving spirit like Nick - we also spotted Sean Stewart, Ian Ziering, and Jason Statham at Goa. Then again, considering the clientele Goa drew last night, we can't really blame them!

They say into every life, a little rain must fall - even Nicky Hilton's!

Yes, while Paris was partying promoting her scent in sunny Miami last night, her little sister was back home in Hollywood dodging the raindrops on her way into Goa. Good thing her boyfriend David Katzenberg had an umbrella big enough for two!

Luckily, Nicky and David weren't the only celebs to brave the torrential downpour (well, by LA standards, anyway) - we also caught Amy Smart, Lauren Conrad, Sean Stewart, and a Lachey-less Vanessa Minnillo stopping by!

Both Rumer and Bruce Willis showed up at the opening of club Goa last night - but when the older Willis tried to leave with his daughter, she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and ran back inside before photogs could snap a pic of the twosome! Guess now that she's famous on her own (yeah, right!) she doesn't need to be photographed with her more famous father!

Also at the party were Nicky Hilton, David Katzenberg, Adrian Grenier, The Hills' Audrina Patridge, The Olly Girls and a few rich kids who didn't get past the velvet rope: Sean Stewart and Stavros Niarchos!

Guess the woman who infamously re-did her tattoo that read "Daddy's Little Girl Loves Cisco" to read "Daddy's Little Girl Loves DISCO" and her ex are on good terms -- after dining with her bro Sean at Il Sole, Kim Stewart showed up at saggy Cisco's birthday party at Les Deux with a giant cake! Are the two gettin' cozy again or is she just being a good friend?

We spotted Sean Stewart out horsing around with his pals on the Malibu beachfront yesterday afternoon. We probably oughtta warnMan - all that money, and Sean still can't find a swimsuit that fits!?

Nobu is the new Il Sole! We caught Entourage's Adrian Grenier and Scrubs' John C. McGinley at the Malibu hot spot last night - the two even posed for a couple pics together before heading off! Elsewhere, movie star Jamie Foxx was spotted at Les Deux while David Weintraub and Sean Stewart partied it up in the Hills. Also around last night was a very interesting, uh, "creature" soon to be on the Sci-Fi channel - check out the video to see who we're talking about!

Well, at least we know where Sean Stewart stands on Parisgate - we asked him the question as he strolled down the beach with his new girlfriend and Sean quickly responded that, had Paris been a non-celeb, the powers that be would have let her go free! Of course, given the legal problems brewing in Sean's own backyard, what other response could you expect?
