Rachel and Selena Blend in Blue

Rachel Bilson and Selena Gomez opted to stay with the ocean-themed Teen Choice Awards and walked the blue carpet in shades of cerulean.
Although Bilson is usually one of our fashion faves (and we love her dress), her hair is a little fug!
And Selena looks great, but why is the dress so wrinkly? We're sure that's the way it's supposed to be, but a smoother style would have been a little cuter.
Even though Rachel's now in her late 20s, she'll still always be super-cute to me!
