Despite a recent scuffle between her beau Justin Bieber and a photographer, Selena Gomez seems as though she's trying to stay upbeat.
To make matters worse, now the police are interested in talking with the Disney star and Biebs because they reportedly left the scene where the scuffle took place before cops arrives. Yikes!
Even though Selena's not smiling, at least her dress is sporting a grin.
The teen queen rocked a maxi dress with a big smiley face to Joel Silver's Memorial Day bash in Malibu. What a cutie!
