Selena Gomez Visits The Hospital After Spending The Night With Justin Bieber Again

For the third day in a row, Justin Bieber spent the night with Selena Gomez (this time the two stayed at her house in Tarzana), and this morning we spotted the 20-year-old starlet paying a visit to the hospital in Reseda, where she stayed for just 20 minutes. Selena and Justin rolled up in his black van, and Justin waited while his lady love went to her appointment.
Back in June of 2011, Selena was hospitalized after taping an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, when she complained of nausea and a headache.
At the time Gomez's rep said she was "undergoing routine tests," so maybe she's back for a quick checkup? Or is something else going on?
On Friday night X17online reported exclusively that Biebs spent the night at her home, and then on Saturday Selena stayed with him at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. On Sunday after the AMAs, X17 snapped the duo holding hands, so despite reports last week that they split, it seems like the two are definitely back together!
But will it last?
