Why the hell is famously stick-think Selma Blair wearing this high-waisted dress over a bloated middle and looking like she's ready to pass out? Matt Felker's sperm, perhaps? This is total speculation, of course, but I do have a few people who know people who could ask people if there's anything going on and I intend to do the asking tomorrow!
