The Cruel Intentions star looked youthful as ever in bright red pants, a flowered peasant top and flats, as she did lunch at trendy King's Road Cafe in LA with a cute male friend, on Tuesday afternoon.
Blair has been taking a backseat to acting since the birth of her son Arthur, who celebrated his first birthday this week, and the doting mom shared a darling Twitpic of the little guy with his very bday first cake!
