Selma Blair Selling West Hollywood Home For $1.78 Million

Selma Blair is ready to upgrade her living conditions with a bigger pad. The 39-year-old Hellboy star has put her West Hollywood estate on the market for $1.78 million.
The 1920s home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and is located on the Sunset Strip. The decor is mostly white ... with "clean minimalist design" and white wood floors.
Blair, who gave birth to her son Arthur last July, bought the house back in 2004 for $1.3 million.
The Cruel Intentions actress will be starring in Four Saints in which she'll play a World War 1 medic. The drama won't be hitting theaters until 2013.
