The above YouTube footage is what Barcelona city officials are upset about - apparently, singer Shakira may be fined for a series of infractions due to her behavior on the set of her super sexy music video shoot recently...
Looks like you can't dance in a public fountain without a permit! Shakira also rode a motorcycle without a helmet and, according to some eyewitnesses, the singer even disrupted traffic while filming.
Someone of authority also claims that Shakira "did not even ask permission to film" in certain Barcelona locations, and that the footage taken will be inspected to "detect infringements that have been committed during the recording."
