The gorgeous Sharon Stone had a little Basic Instinct-like moment as she shopped around Beverly Hills without a bra -- leaving little to the imagination.

The sexy Oscar winner carried a bright red "Lady Dior" bag and matching Christian Dior sunglasses (she's a spokesmodel for the French fashion house), but who's paying attention to that when you can kind-of see-through her shirt?

Fortunately the sexy A-lister can pull this look off, but we definitely wouldn't suggest it for most folks!

Sharon Stone went to the Grove in Los Angeles this morning, and the 53-year-old actress showed off her fab figure in a very colorful dress. Someone's getting into the Easter spirit!

Sharon's fresh from her vacation in Maui with her children, and she's set to start shooting Waco very shortly, which documents the 1993 stand-off between the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and cult leader David Koresh. Stone stars opposite Adrien Brody and Kurt Russell, so it definitely seems like one worth checking out!

Kate Beckinsale has been offered the female lead in the Total Recall remake, according to Deadline.

Beckinsale's husband, Len Wiseman, is directing the film.

The flick has been highly sought after by actors due to the success of the 1990 original, which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sharon Stone. Colin Farrell will take on the Schwarzenegger role in the remake. Beckinsale has been offered the part of Lori, which Stone played.

Sharon Stone looks absolutely gorgeous in her Christian Dior pink silk gown while walking the red carpet at the 80th birthday celebration for the last leader of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev.

Stone, along with Kevin Spacey and a slew of other celebrities, celebrated Gorbachev's milestone at the Gorby 80 Gala Charity Concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Other celebs in attendance included Arnold Schwarzenegger, Goldie Hawn, Spice Girls' Mel C and Resident Evil actress Milla Jovovich.

Last night Sharon Stone had a belated birthday celebration at Red O in Los Angeles (she turned 53 in Thursday), and we can't believe how amazing the actress looks for her age!

On Wednesday Stone was granted a three year restraining order against a stalker, so it seems like she was able to relax with her friends and family last night, including mom Dorothy who we spotted riding shotgun in her car. Stone's stalker, 38-year-old Bradly Gooden, gained access to the actress' home last month, and he is currently on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

Sharon Stone attended the launch of Damiani's Maji collection in Beverly Hills last night, and the actress has partnered with the jeweler to benefit A Drop In A Bucket, an organization that builds wells in Africa. Looking good and doing good? We wish there were more celebs like her!

And she was the sexiest dominatrix at the party! Sharon Stone attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala celebrating men's style with Piaget and DSquared 2 at Chateau Marmont last night. Celebs like Ali Larter and Kylie Minogue also put in an appearance at the event.
