Shauna Sand may be plastic, but her tears are real!
The marvel of modern cosmetic surgery drown her sorrows in a Mai Tai yesterday in Miami after hearing the horrible news that her plastic surgeon and friend Dr. Frank Ryan died in a car accident on Monday.
We all have our own way of mourning!
