Shauna Sand, who recently filed a restraining order against her estranged husband Laurent Homburger after the two got into a fight at her home last week, hit up a West Hollywood gas station ready to fill up her black Bentley. No harm in flirting with the attendant while you're pumpin'!
In addition to filing for a restraining order, Sand also filed for divorce. As for Homburger, he has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards from Sand. Their next court date has been scheduled for June 9.
The blonde starlet then classed it up a bit to grab dinner at Katsuya with her lawyer Elliot Mintz. See the two mugging for the cameras ... after the jump.
