BREAKING NEWS - Shia LaBeouf Returns Camera, Unpunished For Theft

shiapolice.jpg

Shia LaBeouf has returned the camera lenses to police who gave them back to the photographer. But our shooter wasn't fully satisfied ... he asked LAPD Sgt. Gottschalk why Shia won't be arrested when a photographer who had done the same would be in handcuffs within minutes. Gottschalk replied, "We handle each incident on a case-by-case basis."

Fair or not?

Should Shia suffer consequences for his actions?
Hell no! Those photographers should leave poor LaBeouf alone -- he has every right to harass them.
Yes! It's a dangerous double standard when celebrities don't get in trouble for things an average person would.

Why bother takin this douche's pic anyhow? Nobody cares about him and his big head and tiny body. He's almost as bad an actor as Megan Fox.

I'm so glad to hear that celebrities harassed by the filthy illegals are fighting back. I wouldn't want these grotesque people following me. Glad to hear that Shia won't be charged with anything. They need to pass laws to keep this slime away.

double standards absolutely,if nobody would take pictures of those inflated egos we would forget about them and there go the big paychecks,so deal with it and be prepared to pay the consequences like the rest of us would have to if you step outside of the law

well what did you expect..all those paps outside of his house

Posted by: Anonymous

There is no double standard. Just because someone is famous doesn't give ANYONE the right to stalk them day and night, relentlessly. What are you an idiot annika? Before these smelly, greasy illegals came along sniffing behind the wealthy and famous, people like Lady Di actually got to live. Now, they cause accidents and in one very famous case, death. Celebrities should be able to file restraining orders against them. I wouldn't want these criminal looking types around me.

i'm happy he didn't get charged. you guys shouldn't be outside of his house

Paps are idiots. You think he should be arrested for taking a stalker/paparrazi's cam away vs not getting arrested for stalking him at his house and everywhere else everyday? How is THAT fair. I'm real sure paparazzi wouldn't mind having stalkers right?

Yeah seriously..People like annika are dumb as hell..Just because they are on friggin TV doesn't give people the right to stalk them all day long. There's a place where actors get their picture taken..and thats award shows or other similar events..Why do people care about their personal lives its friggin retarded. I mean, You wouldn't want co workers you barely know showing up around you..Work and personal lives are completely separate. Why its mixed in with celebs is beyond me.

According tox17s own story as well as that of other gossip sites no camera was taken just lenses. X17 try not to make more out of nothing.
I also agree with 7:41 that is one whale of a pap.

I personally think its wrong for anyone to take pictures of anyone including celebrities without their consent or knowledge. Its called privacy and these voltures are invading it. They need to get some type of law enforced so these things don't have to happen. To comment to the person who said that these celebrities would be forgotten if not harassed, I strongly have to disagree with that statement. We remember and still love the greats like Marilyn Monroe and Clark Gable, but not for their lives being plastered all over tabloids in magazines, but for the work they did on the big screen. It's very naive to judge these celebrities in their choices when we do not share their frustration or lives. We don't have any clue to how this affects them. I do know I wouldn't be as kindly as some of them are if I had camera's flashing in my face everyday and every-time I stepped outside. It's just wrong and needs to be dealt with.
