Despite other "online reports" saying Transformers star Shia LaBeouf is losing his pinky, X17online can confirm that's not the case.
Shia's rep just told us the story is "an absolute fabrication."

So his DUI was a lie?? Don't get it?
My sister just had her first baby last night and she named him after Shia!! what a name!!
The DUI is pending the results of the toxicology screening done at the hospital. The police need his BAC to be over the limit to be able to press charges.
Since he was found to not have caused the accident.. these are the only charges pending.
If his blood alcohol is under the limit as has been suggested by his camp.. then the DUI charge will be dismissed and he will go on about his life..just like if you get pulled over for suspicson but blow under the limit on a breath anaylizer..
Can you imagine how much it would suck for him to be innocent of both the accident and the DUI and the actual victim this whole time while everyone pounds him publicly?
