For all we know it is his beloved Arizona Ice Tea. Two obvious things about Shia.. long time Dodgers fan and loves to buy stuff at local small business stores. So I wouldn't put it past him for it to be soda. And if it was beer..big deal. He is of legal age. AND the DUI charges were dropped because of insuffient evidence. He refused the breath anaylzer but cops admitted they were waiting for the results of the blood screening from the hospital. It came back so under they couldn't even nail him for a lesser charge of wet and reckless. All they could do was suspend his license for a year as a technicality of refusing the first test.

Shia has got to own more than one pair of gray jeans, there is no way that this is his only pair, no way.
