Shia LaBoeuf Won't Be Charged with DUI
The Los Angeles county District Attorney's office says Shia LaBeouf will not be charged with Driving Under the Influence. Shia was arrested after an accident in Hollywood on July 27th. But on Thursday, the DA's office dismissed the charges, citing insufficient evidence.
The actor, currently filming a new Transformers movie, seriously injured his hand in the crash.
