Sienna Miller is set to walk down the aisle, and welcome a Baby in 2012!

The Layer Cake star and her boyfriend, Tom Sturridge, are engaged, and expecting their first child this year, according to Life & Style.

Miller and her 26-year-old beau got together shortly after she ended her relationship with Jude Law and the couple moved in together this past summer.

Sturridge popped the question over the holidays in a very lavish way!

Life & Style reports:

"He proposed to Sienna during their romantic trip to Paris after Christmas. He filled their hotel suite at the Ritz with flowers and presented her with a vintage Victorian ring. It was incredibly romantic — she was blown away."

According to US Weekly, Miller's family "had had it with Jude Law and his cheating and all the back and forth." The actress had a tumultuous on-and-off relationship with fellow Brit, Jude Law, before finally calling it quits in February.

Miller's rep refused to confirm the news, saying only: "We don't comment on our client's personal lives at all."

Sienna Miller has received an apology from Britain's newspaper News of the World for an incident that happened back in the mid-2000s in which the publication admitted to illegally intercepting her private phone messages in order to publish stories.

The apology states that NOTW "acknowledges that the information should never have been obtained in the manner it was” and that “the private information should never have been published." It goes on to say NOTW "has accepted responsibility for misuse of private information, breach of confidence and harassment.”

In addition to the apology, the publcation has also reportedly agreed to pay Sienna's legal fees which amount to nearly $165,000.

Four other hacking victims have come forward in addition to Sienna, and as a result, other lawsuits are pending against the publication. The scandal has resulted in the arrest of several editors and a reporter from the newspaper.

Sienna Miller was positively glowing as she launched her new collection for Twenty8Twelve, her clothing line with sister Savannah, at Selfridges department store in London Monday.

And even though Sienna is celebrating something new, she's also getting over her old boyfriend. Miller split (for the second time) with Jude Law earlier this year, but the playboy actor may have already moved on with another woman!

Law reportedly reunited with model Lily Cole at a London nightclub last week, after the pair dated briefly in 2008 (before he hooked up with Sienna again.)

"Jude and Lily were at a table kissing and being very flirtatious," a witness tells the Daily Mail. "It was clear they were comfortable with each other."

I guess Jude likes to recycle!

Sienna Miller looks quite pleased with her performance after leaving the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London.

The 29-year-old actress is starring in the West End production of Flare Path, where she plays Patricia Graham, a stage actress torn between her brave pilot husband and a washed-up Hollywood film star who wants her to get a divorce.

The newly single lady recently opened up to U.K.’s Guardian on her split with Jude Law, revealing, “We weren’t [re-engaged]. And I think this happens in everyone’s lives: you get back together, you try and make it work, and it doesn’t. It’s not acrimonious, it had run its course."

Path will have its official opening Thursday, March 10, and will run through June 2011.

Jude Law and Sienna Miller have officially called it quits, a rep confirms to X17online.

A source close to the couple tells X17online, "Despite the split, they remain friends."

The couple dated for two years before breaking up in 2006 after the 38-year-old actor admitted to having an affair with his children's nanny. Then in 2009, the sexy twosome hit the red carpet together at the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala in New York.

Law and his ex-wife Sadie Frost have two sons and a daughter together. Ironically, just yesterday, Law and Frost took their daughter Iris out for a stroll in North London.

We can't think of a better theme for free spirited Sienna Miller's wedding to back-on fiancé Jude Law! Perfect!

We were so sad when the pair broke up following cheating allegations back in 2005 after Law allegedly had an affair with his kid's nanny, but now that's all behind the happy pair. The Sherlock Holmes star reportedly gave Ms. Miller a ring over the holidays, so things have definitely gotten more serious since they reconnected in 2009.

A source close to the couple revealed to OK!:

“She’s going for a ‘hippie-style flowers-in-your-hair’ wedding. She wants it to be in a small church in the English countryside with Jude’s children taking part in the ceremony. It will probably be in Dorset or Devon.”

The sexy British twosome has also recently nabbed a North London mansion ... big enough for the pair to settle down and start a new family.

Note to Sienna: If you have kids with Jude, make sure to hire someone who looks more like Nanny McPhee than Mary Poppins.
