Simon Cowell stopped by Britain's Got Talent in London today, and the X-Factor judge wore his go-to outfit of a cashmere sweater and jeans. We couldn't help but notice that the super rich Brit has lost some weight recently. Maybe all that canoodling with bikini babes in St. Bart's over Christmas left no time for snacking?

The U.K. singing competition's other judge David Walliams apparently noticed the change in Simon's appearance too, because apparently the two got into quite a war of words during auditions. Walliams teased the music producer about having "a lot of work done" to make himself look younger, which wasn't warmly received!

On Wednesday Simon Cowell was spotted lounging on a $167 million yacht in St. Barth with former fiancee Mezghan Hussainy, and while these two have been looking quite flirty lately, Simon doesn't seem to be a one woman man!

Just who is this hot blonde chick? And do you think Mezghan minds um, sharing Simon with her?

But just who is Simon Cowell texting? Former fiancee Mezghan Hussainy is on the yacht with him, so perhaps he is still "dating" Carmen Electra after all?

Simon was snapped enjoying a lazy Sunday in St. Barth, and even though he's surrounded by beautiful women (ex-girlfriend Sinitta is on the love boat as well), he couldn't seem to keep his hands off his mobile phone. Maybe it's work related? After all, someone's gotta keep raking in the dough to pay for that $167 million yacht!

On Friday Simon Cowell and his former fiancee Mezghan Hussainy were spotted on his $167 million yacht in St. Barth, and even though he claims they're just friends these days, we have to wonder why she's wearing a skimpy bikini and practically climbing on top of him!

Simon and Mezhgan got engaged in 2010, but called things off early last year, and at the time the X Factor mogul told The Sun that he made a mistake asking her to marry him. "We came to the conclusion that I’m a hopeless boyfriend," he said. Ouch! But he did reportedly gift her with a multi-million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills, so she didn't get a totally bad deal...

So what about Carmen? Ryan Seacrest chatted with Cowell just two weeks ago and asked about their romance, to which the mega-wealthy producer replied, "She's not my girlfriend. We're people who date. She's adorable, isn't she?"

Simon Cowell and his ex Mezhgan Hussain kept the good times rolling on New Year's Eve as the two took in some more jet skiing adventures in the Barbados.

The X Factor head honcho and his former fiance were spotted enjoying the Caribbean climate over the weekend and even had a little fun photo op with some fellow vacationers. He sure knows how to end his year right!

Wait ... what happened to Simon's rumored flame Carmen Electra?! So many women, so little time.

Cowell, 53, and Hussainy, 39, apparently are still close friends. Then again, the X Factor co-creator has a habit of remaining amicable with his exes.

Simon Cowell and Carmen Electra are reportedly an item, and while we thought this was something from an episode of Punk'd, the unlikely duo were snapped embracing one another after leaving at Cecconi’s restaurant on Saturday!

The two went on another date Sunday, this time at at Ago in West Hollywood, and a source for In Touch Weekly says, “They were really into each other. At one point, they were talking real close, and he leaned in and kissed her. They started making out!"

Rumors began to swirl that the two were dating this spring after Carmen appeared as a guest judge with Simon on Britain’s Got Talent and dumped fiance Rob Patterson a few months later. When asked at the time why he chose the former Playmate, Simon joked, “She has the best set of … teeth I have ever seen."

While visiting Jimmy Kimmel Live, Britney Spears and Simon Cowell dished on the premiere of the X Factor ... and discussed the possibility of Khloe Kardashian becoming host. Not sure if Kim's younger sister will appreciate being labeled a "trainwreck." Yikes!

And, of course, Mr. Kimmel had the X Factor judges play the Newly-X Game. When asked about Britney's best asset, Simon doesn't hold back.
