Simon Cowell appears to haved moved on with a hot, new brunette ... and here are the photos to prove it!
The 52-year-old X-Factor executive producer hit the seas in St. Barth on a gorgeous yacht with a gorgeous brunette gal. Check out the bedroom on the 196-foot Slipstream yacht which costs $600,000 a week to rent!

We can't help but notice how much this new girl looks like Simon's supposed fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy. In a recent interview with Howard Stern, Cowell dodged questions about his relationship status with Hussainy. These photos may be the answer.
Before arriving in St. Barth, Cowell also spent time in Barbados with sexy ex girlfriend Sinitta. So what gives? Looks like she's not his Caribbean queen afterall.

UPDATE - A rep for Simon tells us the woman is a friend's wife and that the couple is vacationing with Cowell on the yacht.
