Pregnant Snooki Prances In Sparkly Pink Pumps

Snooki made a fashionable appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live looking fabulous in a short, black mini paired with sky-high pink pumps.
Moments after sitting down next to Kimmel, Snooki revealed, "I have severe gas pains right now." Yikes ... TMI!
The heavily pregnant Jersey Shore starlet then gets a special sonogram from Mr. Kimmel, and yes, a beer bong is involved.
