The Modern Family star was spotted yesterday looking spicy in jeans and a floral tank top as she chatted away on her cell on the streets of New York City.

The sultry starlet is fresh off her film The Three Stooges and is probably enjoying some down time before her next project. Nothing like soaking up some city sun before she's on to the next one!

If Sofia Vergara gets any hotter, she's going to explode! Or maybe we will.

The Modern Family star is showing off her sexy curves in the pages of Esquire magazine.

Vergara, 39, is rockin' black lingerie, stilettos and her seductive smile in the provocative pics. To go along with these photos, the 39-year-old Colombian beauty tells the mag: 'We all want to have sex in a romantic way. But with a Latina, you're going to have more fun.'

As for her voluptuous shape, Sofia adds:

'Well, in Colombia everybody's very voluptuous and you're supposed to be. You don't want to be skinny when all of your cousins are mermaids. You grow up thinking that's how beauty is."

No doubt, Ms. Vergara is a true beauty!

Sofia Vergara has babies on the mind!

The 39-year-old Modern Family star, who already is the mother to a 19-year-old son, told InStyle magazine that she is "going to think about freezing my eggs."

With her 40th birthday approaching, Vergara has been dating beau Nick Loeb for several years.

As for turning the big 4-0, Vergara adds:

"I don't really care. But doesn't that sound hideous? I remember thinking when my mom was 40 that she was already done."

Unfortunately for Vergara, 90-year-old Betty took home the Outstanding Actress award for her work in Hot in Cleveland, but the Latin lovely didn't go home empty handed!

The entire Modern Family cast picked up the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble Cast in a Comedy series.
