The One Tree Hill beauty (and Chad Michael Murray ex) went on a shopping tear at Switch boutique in Beverly Hills Tuesday. After trying to decide between a yellow and a fuschia dress, she apparently went black for a party at the Sunset Tower later that night!
I can't believe CMM dumped the gorgeous Sophia Bush to (allegedly) spend one night in Paris!
