Yesterday Spencer Pratt was snapped sans Heidi in Hollywood, and even though he's a total d-bag who seems to use too many styling products in his golden locks, he does look like he was having fun with his pal at the car wash! Aww, so he DOES have a soul in there somewhere!
But where was his plastic wife?
