Spencer Pratt has released a trailer for his new film, Tower 69: Malibu Beach Patrol, and who better to talk about uh, 3D boobs than the man who has likely motorboated Heidi Montag's mountains of silicone?

Spencer Pratt has finally gotten rid of his flesh-colored beard ... and it's all caught on tape!

Heidi's hubby decided to shed his scraggly facial hair in a video spoof in which a pal hacks away at Spencer's growth with a butcher knife.

So THAT'S what Spencer's face looks like. It's a bloody mug that only a reality starlet could love.

Spencer Pratt was reportedly arrested in Costa Rica yesterday for illegal possession of a firearm, according to TMZ. Pratt was on his way back to the United States before he was stopped, booked at a local jail and later released.

The reality TV star tweeted, "Costa Rican jail smells like children's tears. And soup. Delicious soup. If I knew the gov't was Team Jacob, I would've kept my mouth shut."

Spencer also released the following statement on the matter:

"As part of my spiritual cleansing I've spent the last week living alone in the jungle, reflecting on my past transgressions, and working to become a better person. I had to live off the land, and hunt to survive. As I departed the country this morning to continue my spiritual journey, I mistakenly brought my hunting weapons to the airport. It was an honest mistake, and they sent me on my way. On an unrelated note, I'm not allowed in the country anymore -- but that's because of the chicken incident."

Hmm, wonder what Heidi Montag thinks of all this?

Spencer Pratt is saying sorry to his wife, Heidi Montag, for being "outrageous and infantile" in regards to his threats about releasing a sex tape.

Pratt, 27, admits that he has made "certain private issues public" and "horribly embarassed the one person who meant the world to me," according to an email he sent to the Associated Press.

Montag's other half adds that he wants to handle their alleged split "with dignity." Pratt also tweeted, "I need to apologize to Heidi and my 11.5 fans. I'm an epic douche - and you deserve better."

A source close to the couple tells X17online exclusively:

"Heidi and Spencer have made a fortune off fooling the public. They're running out of fake stories to keep themselves in the press. Heidi has talked about bringing up the fact that she wants to have a baby, but they want to let this sex tape story play out for awhile. The stories of them splitting are BS, and I think the public knows that already."

A rep for Heidi and Spencer have not returned requests for comment.

Playboy playmate Karissa Shannon and her boyfriend Sam Jones III have apparently moved on from Spencer's sex tape threats. Now, it appears the lovebirds have their own naked romp for sale.

Vivid Entertainment's CEO Steven Hirsch tells X17online:

“A third party brought us footage from the Karissa/Sam sex tape to review and we were really impressed at how amazingly hot it was. We have no idea where he got it from. We’re hoping we can make a deal quickly on this as we’re already hearing from Karissa’s fans who want to know if we will be releasing her tape.”

Earlier this week, Shannon's lawyer made it very clear and public that she'd sue Spencer Pratt if he released XXX footage that he allegedly stole from her. At the time, the footage in question involved Karissa and Heidi Montag ... and additional scenes with Karissa and Sam Jones III. Could this be the same footage that is now in Vivid's hands?

No word on who dropped off the tape to Hirsch, however, Shannon and Jones were involved in an "accidental" wardrobe malfunction recently. Makes you wonder.

The mystery of whether or not a Heidi/Spencer sex tape really exists will never be solved now? The reality show couple, now in the middle of a divorce, is no longer in talks with Vivid Entertainment to sell their alleged sex tape.

Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch tells X17online:

"I was contacted by a rep for Spencer who said Heidi isn't interested in releasing any tapes."

Hirsch adds that Spencer's rep also told him, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against."

Relationship? Well put. Looks like the $5 million that Vivid offered for the footage wasn't enough for Miss Montag.

So how bout' that XXX footage of Karissa Shannon and Heidi? Karissa says it DOES exist. Maybe it will "accidentally" be released if the price is right.

It's because of this theft that Karissa's boyfriend Sam Jones III tells journalists at the event that he's challenging Spencer Pratt to a cage fight (well that and so that he and Spenc can cash in on pay-per-view income).

As for this alleged sex tape, Steven Hirsch, the president of Vivid Entertainment, confirms to X17online that he will be traveling to Costa Rica for a meeting with Spencer to discuss finances pertaining to the porn's distribution.

Various online reports claim that Spencer has thrown out $5 million as a potential offer for the XXX material he currently possesses.

Wonder how much a Samantha Ronson/Lindsay Lohan sex tape would go for?
