Spencer Pratt has finally gotten rid of his flesh-colored beard ... and it's all caught on tape!
Heidi's hubby decided to shed his scraggly facial hair in a video spoof in which a pal hacks away at Spencer's growth with a butcher knife.
So THAT'S what Spencer's face looks like. It's a bloody mug that only a reality starlet could love.
