Stacy Keibler couldn't stop smiling as she treated her girlfriends to a boat ride on Italy's Lake Como on Wednesday afternoon, where she's currently vacationing with her Oscar winning beau at his luxurious $20 million Villa, in the town of Laglio.

The WWE star showed off her endless legs in sexy red shorts, a white tank and a pretty matching scarf as she took in the scenery with her galpals, but it looks like George opted to sit this one out!

The happy couple were seen taking a romantic ride on his boat early this week, before enjoying a shopping spree at some exclusive boutiques in the area -- talk about a dream vacation!

Stacy Keibler left boyfriend George Clooney at home to attend the Coldplay concert at the Hollywood Bowl on Wednesday, but that doesn't mean she didn't have a good time! The model/female wrestler even indulged in a few beers while taking in the show!

Usually when we see the 32-year-old stunner she's all dolled up on the red carpet with her man, so we love getting to see her street style.

This leggy blonde sure knows how to keep busy! Not only is she on the June cover of Men's Fitness, she has also signed on to guest star in the TBS comedy series Men at Work.

The 50-year-old Descendants actor, who's nominted for Best Actor, rocked a classic Giorgio Armani tux while his lady shimmered in a gold Marchesa dress.

Stacy, 32, also happened to be dripping in Lorraine Schwartz jewels while carrying a Judith Leiber clutch. So chic!

Before hitting the carpet, Stacy Tweeted, “We are off!!!! I feel like I’m going to the prom. #oscars SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!”

A Giorgio Armani-clad George Clooney couldn't keep his hands off gorgeous gal pal, Stacy Keibler, who dazzled in a black lace Marchesa gown, Jimmy Choo shoes, Palladium and Jacob and Co jewels, and a Judith Leiber clutch, at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, on Sunday.

The Oscar winner was up for Outstanding Performance By A Male Actor In A Leading Role award for his role in The Descendants, by he unfortunately lost out to Jean Dujardin, for his role in The Artist.

Considering he's already won a Golden Globe and People's Choice Award for the critically acclaimed work in The Descendants, we're betting he goes home with an Academy Award this year!

George Clooney was his usual dapper self in a classic tux at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards, with new girlfriend Stacy Keibler playing it safe in a body-hugging cowl-neck gown, similar to the one she wore at the Critics Choice Awards just a few days ago. We wish she would have switched it up a bit!

The Oscar winner is up for a several awards tonight, including best screenplay for Ides of March, Best Motion Picture Drama for The Descendants, and he took home the award for Best Actor for his role in The Descendants!

The former wrestler, rocking GapFit gfast Leggings, Panel Tank and Piped Zip-Front Jacket, looked perfectly comfortable while on a hike at Fryman Canyon in LA with Clooney's adorable dog.

The WWE wrestler has been busy traveling with her new beau while he promotes his latest film, The Descendants, and the lovebirds took a detour to celebrate Thanksgiving with their famous friends, Cindy Crawford, Molly Sims and Alex Rodriguez, and families in Mexico last week.

Unfortunately the Ides of March star was confined to the sand this trip due to a recent elbow surgery, but that didn't hold Stacy back from playing in the water!

Clooney also treated Keibler to a lavish Cabo getaway in mid-October, renting a villa to celebrate her 32nd birthday with a group of friends.

George is not gonna like this!

We caught up with WWE champ/latest Clooney gal pal Stacy Keibler while leaving Mercato di Vetro Restaurant -- with another man!

The former Dancing with the Stars pro began dating the Oscar winner almost immediately after he ended a 2-year relationship with Italian TV personality Elisabetta Canalis, in June.

Since then, Keibler has been very open about her newfound love with the A-lister, gushing via Twitter about fancy vacations with Clooney, and how he makes her "Smile all day long".
